During the session, Sarah will request you to perform basic movements which will help her identify any areas of restricted mobility or discomfort. In 2004 she graduated from Rhodes Wellness College, and since then has honed her
skills to a fine art, tailoring each session to her clients’ needs. She continues updating her
education and personal development.

For the last 9 years, she has delivered exceptional mobile massage services all over Metro
Vancouver with a world-renowned company – Soothe. Her clients include movie stars, athletes,
famous musicians, the film industry and other corporate events, as well as over 2000 Lower
Mainland residents and visitors.
 

Working with energy and breath, she can release the toughest of knots, combined with deep
tissue, or Swedish relaxation massage for the ultimate pampering of the body, mind and soul.
She also offers pre- and post-natal massages.

have your Bars run, the brain waves slow down, allowing you to let go of all the patterns that run
your life. The points are being held with a gentle touch on the head in different configurations.

Over the years I have worn many different hats, but I am always drawn back to the healing arts. I trained in therapeutic massage at the PCU College of Holistic Medicine in Burnaby, BC, and have worked as a holistic bodyworker for many years at various spas and clinics throughout the lower mainland.
I have studied in a number of different manual therapies including relaxation and deep tissue massage, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, acupressure and aromatherapy.
I am now offering cupping and Japanese facelift and will continue to educate myself as we grow. One of my strengths is being able to tune into the energy of others’ and using different types of massage, help to ease the body to a place of balance and peace. 

Daniel is an all encompassing holistic integrative bodyworker. Serving over 1300 clients in the last 5 years as a graduate of Vancouver School of Holistic Arts. He is also a certified trauma informed conscious connected breathwork facilitator with over 700 hours of training.
