MET is a holistic approach to therapy. The main goal of this therapy is to promote the body's natural flow by addressing issues like scar tissue, muscle tension and energy realignment. During your session, the massage therapist will request you to perform basic movements to help identify the areas of restricted mobility or discomfort. After these findings, a personalized treatment plan will be created for you that caters to your specific needs. This individualized approach recognizes that every injury is unique, requiring a tailored care plan to restore a sense of happiness and well-being in both your body and mind.
Cancellation Policy
At Inner Luxury, we value your commitment to our mobile wellness services. Please be advised that we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made after 24 hours is subject to a 50% charge of the cancelled treatment. Within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 100% charge of the cancelled treatment. No-shows will also incur a 100% charge of the booked treatment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this matter. Thank you.
